Back in 2012 I wrote about max and c and how I loved watching them look out the window.

I'm so glad I was able to see m and max share the same thing before we moved.

And in another two years I might have field of focus figured out on my camera :o)

UPDATE: Big News! M officially said her first word last night. Alex came home from work to a clear as can be "dada". She's officially growing up too fast.

Quick updates

Not much sleeping here last night so just two quick updates tonight.

1) We have a plan for getting the MadCity Provans to Utah! Tickets have been purchased for flying the girls out and dates have been settles for driving the car and the pup. Things are starting to come together. Now to find a place to live once we get out there...

2) M does this now :o)

And... I'm done

Today was a huge day for me at work. I finally packed up this old friend.

Tossed this handy drying rack

And recycled the world's best "come back later" sign

I'm awfully proud to have made it 10 months, but I'm also awfully glad to be done. Goodbye pumping - we had a good run :o)

Budding Artist

Dad shared the brilliant idea of taking pictures of kids artwork in order to help capture the memories without the bulk of carting around the artwork itself. So I'm breaking out a brand new label for C's debut - Art! She seems to be going through a blue/brown phase. The flowers are pretty neat though :o)

Catching up

Well hi there readers. It's been a while. Here's what's new.

1) I quit my job. Officially gave notice. Last day is 5/1
2) I got another job. Officially accepted their offer. First day is 5/26
3) We gave notice to daycare. Everyone was so sweet. From m's monthly newsletter:
We have some very sad news….Michaela will be leaving Woods Hollow.   Her last day is May 8th.   Oh, boy will we miss her.  She is a natural  model and smiles for the camera every time we bring it out.
4) We put the house on the market Thursday, have had 9 showings and an open house since then, and have 3 showings scheduled for tomorrow.
5) We finally let c cut off all of her hair (well not herself, we had it professionally done)

Needless to say, it's been crazy. But I'm going to do my darnedest this week to start writing about it again. Wish us all luck!
