Don't worry I haven't forgotten about updates, I just don't have many to give yet. My mom arrived in Madison yesterday so we're prepped and ready, and still waiting :o)

Seriously though, it is kinda fun how many people are excited about this baby. Makes me realize I'm lucky and loved :o) I'm feeling pretty much the same as I have for the last week or so (very swollen), but mentally it's easier to be patient since my mom is coming out Thursday baby or not. Let's hope for baby shortly there after!

39 Week Bump

What a difference 18 weeks make! I realized at Yoga tonight that I was wearing the same outfit I was wearing when I took my first "baby bump" picture for the blog. Inspired me to do a before and after. Below is the same shirt at 21 and 39 weeks - it doesn't fit quite the same way :o)

Week 39

I had my 39 week appointment this morning. Baby girl provan's birthday is not going to be September 7th, oh well.

The good news is I'm still healthy (if a bit uncomfortable), and baby seems to be doing fine (heart rate is still great). My doctor's only suggestion to get things moving? Schedule a 41 week appointment :o)  Guess it's back to the waiting game!

The waiting game...

Since I've been waiting for the past thirty minutes waiting for my work computer to rebot, might as well use the iPhone for a quick update.
My big update? I have no update. And boy is that getting frustrating. My life this weekend was sitting around, retaining water and feeling lousy, just waiting for Somethig to happen. It's a very strange feeling. Getting up each morning with no idea if today will be our daughter's birthday? Very strange. Being at work not wanting to start big projects because I have no idea when FMLA will start? Very strange.

Guess it's about time to learn patience...
