Wheeler Farm

A couple weekends back we finally made it to a Salt Lake staple - Wheeler Farm:

Basically it's a working farm within the city limits, which gives kids easy access to hang out with sheep, goats, chickens, horses, and of course cows.

Highlights of the trip include finding a horse that looked like Romeo...

...terrorizing mama by getting really close to the geese...

... spending time with Avi ..

... and getting a picture from Lauren's phone which takes much nicer pictures than mine does :o)

Great explorers

I failed a little at doing a complete blog series on our trip to California, but I couldn't let these shots go to waste. C has had a pair of binoculars since Madison which she alternates between loving and ignoring. They made the cut to come down to CA with us, and were prompted adopted by M when Jean was kind enough to let C use her real ones.

However, nothing they found on the hills was nearly as exciting as the garbage truck :o)

End of March Update

Hello all - happy last week of March.  Turns out even though we're almost done with another month:
1) It's still snowing here in PC
2) Time is still flying by
3) M is still dancing

Back in PC

And we're back! Book ended by two very successful car trips (13 hours each way) we had a fantastic week in CA with so much of this.
