Trick or treat!

Both girls got to take part in their school's halloween parade today. Many thanks to Grammy for the costumes, and Grandma for the photography!

Bonus sun

We had amazing weather here this weekend. There's the distinct feeling that we're on borrowed time since the snow may close in any day, so having two days of sunshine was amazing.

Saturday we dug out the big table and did some pumpkin carving in the driveway with some friends.

And Sunday most of the afternoon M and I just played outside. Hurray for unstructured outside play :o)

HC Trick-or-treat

For the third year in a row, I brought the girls into work for the annual trick-or-treat in the office. Their costumes were a hit, and great fun was had by all.

Laced up

So C has been sneakily mastering life skills like crazy lately. Today, she sat down and did this:

Yup. No fuss, no muss, just sat down and tied her shoes. I think I showed her how to do it twice, weeks ago.

Also worth noting, will you check out how short her pants are! And M's in a phase where she must be in every picture :o)
